Israel needs to back up promises with action
Ariel Sharon has indicated this week that he is willing to accept the “Road Map” for peace in the middle East. But promises alone do not stop a conflict that has been going on for 50 years.

The Matrix Reloaded explained 2.0 (Updated 6/26/03)
I went to see the Matrix Reloaded again last night and think I understand it a lot better now. It is the kind of movie you simply have to see more than once to get completely. So here is the explanation of the movie as I see it… (major spoilers of course)

The Expanse
Enterprise’s conclusion to its second season The Expanse definitely was a pleasant surprise. A well acted, produced and written episode that was not afraid to try new things while drawing on already established characters and events.

First Flight
Updated: A reader pointed out that the bar 602 existed near the university Rick Berman attended.
This is why, after 10 years, I still like to watch Star Trek on a regular basis.
After last week?s ?swashbuckling? (to use the dreaded Braga/Berman phrase) Borg-action episode Regeneration , this weeks first out of the double bill of Enterprise episodes that night, could not be any more different from last week?s and offers a thoughtful character piece exploring the choices Archer made to become captain.

The new iPod has arrived!
My brand new 30 GB iPod has arrived and is now happily synching away in his brand new cradle using the brand new cable. Did I mention it is brand new?
I am sorry, but I simply have to say this: Man, this thing is so cool!
I am aiming for late Tuesday night for the review right now. No promises though! I want this to be as comprehensive as possible and of course I have to do some rigorous testing first.
I also changed the name for my iPod from “Sebi’s World” to “Sebi’s White Rabbit.” It follows me everywhere, which in itself is relative, so there you go.

Why I love my iPod so much (and now Nick Drake)
I was in bed just a couple of minutes ago trying to get back to sleep. I listened to my iPod playing a smart playlist of songs that I have on there, but are yet unrated, when I came across a song that had me jump out of bed and look up the artist.

Regeneration
When I read the premise of this episode some weeks ago, I could not help but feel anxious about it. I had a bad feeling that the writers would revisit every clich? that Voyager fans learned to hate over the run of that show.
I really hate to be right sometimes.
