As you may have noticed SebiMeyer.com is up and running again sporting a new design. (Don’t you just love the smell of a new Web Site?)

The basics of the site remain the same. You can still find all the old content by searching and all old links should work as well. If you happen to come across something that seems off, or have some constructive criticism, leave a comment to this entry.

Before you ask what those randomly chosen photos are that appear in the upper right corner: All of them were taken by me, except the two I am actually in. Below is a complete list with brief descriptions:

A demonstration in front of the NBC/Tampa Tribune building. Professor Sami Al-Arian was among the protestors. That was back when he was still allowed to have a life.

Bg-Portrait6
A picture of a certain president taken on the University of South Florida campus. I was way too close. “Camera flinging distance”-close.

Bg-Portrait8
Me interviewing Gloria Steinem.

Bg-Portrait0
Air Force One on the tarmac at MacDill Air Force Base.

Bg-Portrait1
Sebastian Meyer, Photojournalist. 38+ hours awake to get photos of President Bush holding the first speech since the beginning of the Iraq War in Tampa. Man, that was a long day. Since that day I have a deep respect for anyone who does this kind of stuff on a regular basis.

Bg-Portrait5
Security forces outside the New York Stock Exchange. They were not happy to have their photo taken.

Bg-Portrait4
Aif Force One outside a hangar at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida.

Bg-Portrait2
Sen. John Kerry announcing Sen. Edwards as his running mate in St. Petersburgh, Florida, with Sen. Bill Nelson and all their family members. Drive over there from Tampa, take 20 photos, pick one and mail them back to Tampa through my cell phone to go to print 15 minutes later. Wow, technology was being pushed to its limit that night. ;)
